Noise and vibration during tank heating are eliminated!
The tank-type hot water production silencer steam injection heater eliminates both noise and vibration during the heating process inside the tank. The steam ejected from the heater undergoes heat exchange with a heat exchange plate before coming into contact with water, utilizing a semi-direct heating method where it drains out into the water, allowing for quiet hot water production without noise or vibration. Due to the significantly reduced noise and vibration, damage to the tank and piping is minimized. The heating capacity covers a wide range from low to high temperatures. Additionally, even when the steam supply is reduced to zero, hammering does not occur. Therefore, proportional control can be implemented, making it effective for high-temperature water production.
